Flex Fuel Kit

The DSX Tuning flex fuel kit is the original plug-and-play solution for adding flex fuel capability to Gen IV and Gen V GM V8 vehicles. This kit enables your vehicle to run on a blend of gasoline and ethanol, from straight gasoline to pure ethanol, allowing you to harness the true power potential of your setup. Ethanol is particularly beneficial in forced induction scenarios, and this kit allows for seamless switching between fuels without the need for manual fuel content monitoring or ECU reflashing. The kit includes a genuine GM Flex Fuel sensor, a plumbing kit constructed from corrosion-resistant materials for straightforward installation, and a plug-and-play wiring harness utilizing OEM connectors and terminals crimped with OEM tooling. It also features a DSX Tuning 3D-printed fuel line disconnect tool. While installation is possible without immediate tuning, activating the flex fuel functionality in the ECM is necessary to gain the ability to switch fuels. This activation can be performed using HP Tuners or EFILive software. DSX manufactured components are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, while the GM sensors carry a 90-day warranty. All components are proudly Made in America.
