The Gen5DIY Flex Fuel Kit is designed for 2005-2013 C6 Corvettes to enable running E85 and pump gas. This kit includes a harness that connects to the evaporative solenoid for power and does not require an add-a-fuse. It features the correct OEM connector for the E85 sensor and includes the GM sensor and GM hose.

This kit works on all C6 models except the ZR1. Customer computer programming is necessary for the conversion to run E85; this product provides the harness, fuel line, and flex fuel sensor. It can be installed to run pump gas until the ECU is tuned for E85 operation.

The Gen5DIY Flex Fuel Kit allows 2005-2013 C6 Corvette owners to convert their vehicles to run on E85 and pump gas. This kit includes a specially designed harness that connects directly to the evaporative solenoid for power, eliminating the need for an add-a-fuse. It comes complete with the correct OEM connector for the E85 sensor, along with the GM sensor and a GM fuel line. This conversion is compatible with all C6 Corvette models with the exception of the ZR1. It is important to consult with your engine tuner for any additional upgrades or modifications required to successfully complete the E85 conversion. While this kit provides the necessary hardware—harness, fuel line, and flex fuel sensor—customer computer programming is essential for the vehicle to run E85. The product can be installed and used with regular pump gas until the ECU is tuned to support E85 fuel. Key components include the harness, an OEM GM E85 sensor, and an OEM GM fuel line. A single wire from the harness connects to pin 40.
