Flex Fuel Kit

The DSX Tuning flex fuel kit is the original plug-and-play solution for adding flex fuel capability to Gen IV and Gen V GM V8 vehicles. This system allows you to run any blend of gasoline and ethanol, unlocking the true power potential of your setup, particularly beneficial for forced induction applications. The kit enables seamless switching between fuels without the need for manual fuel content monitoring or ECU reflashing. This kit includes a crimped and pressure-tested PTFE line to replace the factory over-the-engine line. It features an 8AN line with 6AN connections, ensuring true flow of a 3/8" line without significant restriction at the hose end. The plumbing kit is constructed from corrosion-resistant materials for ease of installation. A plug-and-play wiring harness, made with OEM connectors and terminals crimped using OEM tooling, is also included, along with a DSX Tuning 3D-printed fuel line disconnect. DSX manufactured components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. GM sensors included in the kit are warranted for 90 days.
