Description

The kit utilizes PTFE fuel lines, assembled with hydraulically crimped collars and EFI quick connect fittings, and has been tested to hold over 1,000 psi, ensuring reliability under pressure. The flex fuel sensor is securely mounted using a black anodized billet aluminum bracket positioned on the engine bay firewall. The fuel lines connect to the OEM fuel rails via a matching black anodized billet aluminum adapter, with all necessary stainless steel hardware included for a robust installation. An included ethanol conversion analyzer is compact, fitting within the GTR's battery box. Installation involves connecting the TRP harness to the ECA conversion box, then to the secondary air pump connector near the battery, and finally to the flex fuel sensor. The conversion box provides a signal output ranging from 0.5V (0% Ethanol) to 4.5V (100% Ethanol). Furthermore, the kit incorporates TXL wire with XLPE insulation, known for its resistance to heat, flame, gasoline, grease, and acid, suitable for extreme temperature applications from -40°F to 257°F.
