Flex Fuel System

The DSX Tuning 16SS Flex Fuel System is designed for 2016-2024 Camaro SS models, offering the ultimate fuel system upgrade for vehicles utilizing ethanol blends. This kit enables your car to seamlessly run any combination of gasoline and ethanol, from pure gasoline to E85 and everything in between. The system is fully calibrated and tested to integrate with your Camaro's factory engine management system, allowing you to leverage the increased power and torque potential of ethanol fuels. Simply fill your tank with your desired fuel blend, and the system automatically adjusts fuel delivery for optimal performance. The kit includes a crimped and pressure-tested PTFE line to replace the factory over-the-engine line, featuring 8AN line with 6AN connections for true 3/8" ID flow. An optional configuration is available without the replacement line, where the sensor installs at the firewall and reuses the factory fuel line, though this may result in a slight kink due to the extended connection point. A tune is required for the system to function correctly and enable fuel switching capabilities within the ECU. HP Tuners or EFI Live tuning is necessary; without it, the check engine light may be present. Installation instructions, including E92 pin details, are provided.
