Flex Z Adjustable Coilover Kit

This system utilizes Advance Needle technology for a noticeable and wide-range adjustment of damping force across 16 distinct levels, enhancing the driver's connection to the road. The kit is constructed from durable steel with a twin-tube internal design and a substantial 22mm piston diameter, ensuring consistent performance and longevity. The shortened shell case design allows for optimal damper stroke even at lower-than-standard vehicle ride heights. Ride height is fully adjustable via the ZT-coated threaded sleeve, which offers superior resistance to debris and corrosion. The internal components and external coatings have been updated for increased durability and product life, making the STREET ADVANCE Z dampers suitable for both daily driving and spirited performance use. This coilover kit includes front and rear springs with rates of 280 lbs/in (5.0 kgf/mm) and 224 lbs/in (4.0 kgf/mm) respectively. The front springs have a free length of 215mm, and the rear springs are 198mm. The kit utilizes OEM upper mounts for the front and R/U upper mounts for the rear. TEIN specifies recommended ride height reductions of -40mm (-1.6 inches) for the front and -30mm (-1.2 inches) for the rear, with adjustable ranges allowing for further customization. The TEIN Street Advance Z coilover kit is compatible with the EDFC system for convenient damping force adjustments. It is designed for the Mazda 3 (BK3P chassis) from 2004-2009, including Mazdaspeed models. Users are advised to avoid exceeding the recommended ride height adjustment range to prevent clearance issues and potential warranty voidance. All suspension and accessory items must be returned in new, uninstalled condition to be eligible for return, and they must be approved by TEIN before shipping.
