This "Made in Yokohama" ride height adjustable shock absorber is fully equipped with TEIN's technology. Its "Sealed Structure" production process contributes to reduced costs and production time. This system ensures sufficient stroke, low friction, and smooth movement, allowing it to handle rough surfaces well for both low-speed suppleness and high-speed stability. Ride height is adjusted via the full-length system, which modifies the case length without altering damper stroke or spring pre-load, minimizing changes to ride quality and offering more tuning options for sport driving. Damping force is adjustable in 16 levels (combined compression/rebound) using a needle valve, allowing drivers to fine-tune their vehicle's ride and handling. It is also compatible with TEIN's EDFC series for easy in-cockpit control, though some models may not be compatible with EDFC. The kit includes features like no-sag springs made from high-tensile steel and specially formulated high-spec damper oil for stable performance across various temperatures. Front specifications include a ride height adjustable range of -3.0 to -0.2 inches and a spring rate of 8.0 kgf/mm, while rear specifications offer a range of -3.3 to 0.4 inches and a spring rate of 7.0 kgf/mm. Fitment is confirmed for 2015-2021 Subaru WRX and WRX STI AWD models. However, it's important to note that exceeding the recommended ride height adjustable range may cause clearance issues and void the product warranty. Additionally, some models are not compatible with the EDFC series.
