The Tein Flex Z Coilover Kit is engineered to provide a high-end suspension experience for the Toyota SAI AZK10 (2009-2018, 2AZ-FXE engine, FF drive system). These coilovers offer full-length ride adjustment, enabling significant ride height changes without drastically altering ride quality. The damping force is adjustable across 16 levels, allowing users to precisely tune their suspension for street or track use. The Flex Z utilizes Tein's "Sealed Structure" for efficient production, contributing to its affordability. The kit features "ZT-Coating" for rust resistance, making it suitable for harsh environments like coastal areas or regions with snow. These coilovers are also EDFC compatible, allowing for electronic adjustment of damping force remotely via optional EDFC controllers (EDFCII, ACTIVE, ACTIVE PRO). Key specifications include front and rear damping adjustability, full-length adjustability, and a recommended height adjustment range of -50mm to -30mm for the front and -40mm to -25mm for the rear. The front spring rate is 5kg, and the rear spring rate is also 5kg. Front mounts are reinforced rubber, while rear mounts are standard. Tein offers a Replacement Service for the sealed dampers, allowing for replacement units with custom damping force or stroke length options. This kit comes with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, limited to 60,000Km from installation.
