The Tein FLEX Z coilover kit offers a balance of performance and affordability, inheriting the quality of its STREET FLEX predecessors while adopting a new platform to reduce cost. Manufactured in Yokohama, Japan, these coilovers feature a twin-tube system for improved ride comfort on streets, ensuring sufficient stroke and low friction for smooth movement. The full-length ride height adjustment system allows for height changes by adjusting the case length, minimizing impact on ride quality and providing more setting options for sport driving. These coilovers provide 16 levels of damping force adjustment, allowing drivers to fine-tune their vehicle's stiffness and handling to their preference. The kit is also compatible with TEIN's EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) series for convenient in-cockpit control, though some models are not compatible with EDFC.
