The 3M Flexible Parts Repair Material is an epoxy-based body filler designed for repairing most vehicle plastic parts. This material is fast-curing, flexible, and easy to sand, featuring sag resistance and excellent feather edging. It can be applied to both the front and back sides of plastic repairs or used in conjunction with a Plastic Repair Patch.

The 3M Flexible Parts Repair Material offers a robust solution for restoring damaged vehicle plastic components. This fast-curing, flexible epoxy filler is formulated for ease of use, featuring excellent sag resistance and the ability to be feathered to a smooth finish. This material is suitable for repairs on both the front and back of plastic parts and can be combined with the Plastic Repair Patch for comprehensive fixes. For optimal application, it can be used in individual tubes for hand mixing or within a duo-pack cartridge for automatic mixing, utilizing a 3M manual gun (08190) and nozzles (08198), along with a Polyolefin Adhesion Promoter. Key specifications include an epoxy adhesive type, a paste consistency, and a grey product color. The material has a handling time of 6 minutes and a full cure time of 1 hour. The product comes in 150 mL volumes and is designed for plastic repair applications.
