The AGS Company CND-2 is a high-quality NiCopp nickel-copper alloy brake line (UNS C70600) designed for superior corrosion resistance and ease of installation. This DOT-approved brake line meets ASTM B111 standards and is suitable for various hydraulic and fluid transfer systems, including brake, fuel, and transmission lines. Its composition of 9.2% nickel, 1.4% iron, 0.8% manganese, and 88.6% copper provides the strength of steel lines with significantly improved flexibility, making it 58% easier to bend than traditional steel tubing. NiCopp has a proven track record in European vehicles since the 1970s and is an excellent choice for OEM replacement and harsh environments. The product is available in various coil lengths, and finished lines are offered with black oxide fittings for enhanced corrosion resistance.
