This filter is compatible with the SLP Corvette air box Part #21050 and the 1985-1989 Corvette factory air box. It is also designed to work with SLP High-Flow Air-Box Lids (#21044 or #21045) for potential additional horsepower gains.

The SLP Performance Blackwing High-Flow Air Filter (part number 25010B) is a washable, dry media air filter element designed for enhanced airflow and superior filtering compared to stock paper filters. This filter is part of the SLP Blackwing High-Flow Air Filter product line and is suitable for use with SLP's FlowPac air-induction systems. It can be used in conjunction with SLP Corvette air box Part #21050 and the factory air box found in 1985-1989 Corvettes. Additionally, when paired with SLP High-Flow Air-Box Lids (#21044 or #21045), it is stated to provide up to 5 additional horsepower. The filter is explicitly listed as fitting all 1998-2002 V8 and V6 Camaro/Firebird models, including specific trims like Z28, Z28 SS, Formula, and Trans Am for the years 1998 through 2002. It is also noted for use with 1985-1989 Corvettes. A cleaning kit (Part #25017) is recommended for maintenance.
