The Bull Ring 4028 is a pair of flush fit retractable tie down anchors designed to add convenient tie-down points to your truck's stake pockets. These anchors maintain a clean look when not in use, easily retracting into a recessed housing. Each tie-down is rated to 1,000 lbs and can accommodate two standard 'S' hooks or straps.
