The design includes OEM quality starter ring gears and stepped dowel pins that are held captive by the clutch cover for secure mounting. Every AASCO flywheel is CAD designed and CNC machined in-house, ensuring ultimate quality control and a perfect, hassle-free installation with high tolerance manufacturing. AASCO flywheels are designed and manufactured in the USA and offer a design for all Porsche applications, including the 986 Boxster / Boxster S 2.5L / 2.7L / 3.2L from 1997-04 and the Cayman 987 from 2005-08.
