The Valeo 52401210 is a comprehensive flywheel conversion kit designed to upgrade your vehicle's clutch system by replacing the factory dual mass flywheel (DMF) with a more durable solid mass flywheel (SMF). This kit provides a cost-effective and robust solution. This conversion kit includes all major components needed for a successful installation: a solid flywheel, pressure plate, clutch disc, and throwout bearing. It also comes with flywheel bolts, pressure plate bolts, and an alignment tool, ensuring a straightforward bolt-on process. The solid mass flywheel offers enhanced durability with minimal compromise to driving comfort. Valeo, a leading Tier 1 OEM supplier, manufactures this kit in Spain with OEM quality. This kit is specifically noted to work with certain BMW models, including the 328i, 328is, and Z3. It is important to note that this flywheel cannot be used with a standard self-adjusting clutch kit, and for a complete service kit, Valeo part number 828093 is recommended.
