Lokar Floor Mount Shifters are designed for a secure and straightforward installation, mounting directly to the floor. They connect to the transmission lever using a solid linkage, making them ideal for applications where an existing hole in the floor or console needs to be utilized. These shifters do not require transmission removal for installation and are particularly well-suited for muscle cars. Each kit includes mounting hardware, a neutral safety switch, and detailed instructions. Customers can choose from a wide array of shift knobs and various lever options (straight, single bend, double bend, or bench bend) crafted from high-quality mild steel with black Cerakote or chrome plated finishes. Lever lengths range from 4" to 32". The shifter features a positive lock-out mechanism in Park and Neutral, and a neutral safety switch prevents starting in any gear other than Park or Neutral, enhancing safety.
