FMDVS004 Blow Off Valve

The Forge Motorsport Blow Off Valve is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory unit on turbocharged VW and Audi vehicles equipped with 2.0T FSI or TSI engines. Its full billet alloy construction and piston-based design offer significantly improved reliability compared to stock blow-off valves, which are susceptible to diaphragm failure and resulting boost leaks. Installation is straightforward, designed as a bolt-on process that integrates seamlessly with the vehicle's existing OEM electronics. The shorter design also aids in achieving better fitment within the tight confines of the engine bay, particularly between the turbo and inlet piping. Applications include a wide range of popular VAG models such as the VW MK5/MK6/Mk7 GTI, VW MK6 Golf R, B7/B8/B8.5 Audi A4 2.0 TFSI, B8/B8.5 Audi A5 2.0 TFSI, Audi TT Mk II 2.0 TFSI, 8P/8V Audi A3 2.0 TFSI, and is also compatible with 1.4T and 1.8T FSI/TSI engines. The valve may also include an intake manifold tap for a vacuum source, depending on the specific application kit.
