The IMR America FMIC System is a custom front mount intercooler kit engineered for the Kia Stinger and Genesis G70 (all years), as well as the G80 (2017-2020). Designed and manufactured in the USA, this system utilizes a renowned Treadstone intercooler core, offering two options: a 600HP+ core (10.5" x 24" x 3.5") with a 1000 CFM flow rate, or an 800HP+ core (10.5" x 22" x 4.5") with a 1300 CFM flow rate. Both cores are optimized to provide significant horsepower gains for daily drivers without overworking OEM or upgraded turbos. These cores are specifically sized to prevent heat soak while avoiding excessive backpressure that larger cores can create. The specific configuration for this product includes the 600HP+ core and lower charge pipes. The 600HP+ core offers a pressure drop of less than 1 psi at max flow, supporting just over 600 horsepower. Full kits also include a variety of silicone couplers, worm clamps, a vacuum nipple, a plug for an NPT bung (for WMI or CPI), and a bolt for the boost solenoid bracket. Standard kits, which include the intercooler tank and specific hose couplers and clamps, are also available.
