Description

The Gates 24FD3001 is a 100-foot hydraulic hose designed for a variety of applications. It features a 1.5-inch inside diameter and a 2.07-inch outside diameter. The hose is constructed with a Sanitron - Type S tube material and an EPDM - Type P cover material, reinforced with multi-ply, synth textile, and static/monofilament helix.

This hose is recommended for the transfer of milk, juice, beer, soft drinks, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or water-based products requiring FDA sanitary standards. It is also suitable for many dry bulk products via suction, pneumatic, or gravity feed where a sanitary hose is needed. The hose can withstand a vacuum of 30 inHg and has a maximum working pressure of 250 psi.
