The square Lewmar Medium Profile Deck Hatch is a self-supporting hatch with an acrylic lens and an anodized aluminum frame. It features thicker acrylic and deeper frame sections than the Low Profile hatch, making it ideal as a foredeck hatch on larger offshore yachts. Self-supporting friction levers hold the lid open up to 95°. Lewmar's unique sealing system allows easy replacement of the acrylic lens. The corrosion-resistant clear anodized aluminum frame has flange bases, inset hinges, snag-resistant rounded edges, and a curved upper frame section for strength and modern styling. Outside handles allow opening from on deck if not locked. A full range of spare parts is available, and it is CE approved for Design Category A / Area 2A.
