They feature a unique tri-metal structure for superior load capacity, with a 24% stronger overlay and 17% more fatigue resistance. SecureBond™ improves multi-layer adhesion and structural integrity. The intermediate layer is a copper-based alloy strengthened by 4.5% tin, with a hardness level of 115HV and a load capacity of 17,000 PSI. The overlay is strengthened by 5% copper, with a hardness level of up to 18.1HV and fatigue resistance of 10,200 PSI. King Racing's new hardening technology modifies the overlay’s molecular structure, creating a fatigue-resistant shield capable of carrying 24% more load.
