Force Master 2.1 Electronic Control Unit

The Malossi Force Master 2.1 control unit offers enhanced vehicle performance management with an updated, more ergonomic design for easier configuration. Featuring an interface for K and CAN communication lines, a new user interface, and a capacitive ignition input, the Force Master 2.1 allows for engine performance to be pushed beyond the original rev limiter. It provides ±14% adjustment for low, high, and mid-range carburetion, with an RPM limiter increase of up to +500 RPM depending on the application. The operating temperature range is -30°C to +80°C, with a minimum operating voltage of +7V and a maximum of +16V. Average current consumption is less than 200mA, and it offers IP65 environmental protection. The unit includes 4 different maps. Map 0 is designed for an original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder, original head, original camshaft, and original filter. Maps 1 through 3 allow for adjustment values to be zeroed out. Full carburetion control can be achieved by combining the O2 controller with the Force Master control unit, managing and optimizing the entire system for any processing step proposed by Malossi.
