The FP Red is a street and strip turbocharger, small enough to build boost quickly but large enough to make over 525WHP. All EVO 9 turbos now come standard with a new cast stainless turbine housing, designed to maximize flow without sacrificing spool characteristics. It has a 3" outlet and a TiAL MV-S waste gate flange machined directly onto the housing. The FP EVO Stainless Turbine Housing was designed for race applications where the turbocharger would be operating above 20psi. Operating below 20PSI can result in boost creep in some applications.
