Ford 10" 4.11 Pro Gear Set

The Strange Engineering Ford 10" 4.11 Pro Gear with 35 Spline Pinion is engineered for demanding drag racing applications. This matched ring and pinion set utilizes 10" gear sets, with the ring gear having a reduced 9.4" OD for enhanced tooth strength compared to smaller gear sizes. It features a 35-spline pinion for robust engagement. Constructed from 9310 forged steel, this gear set undergoes specialized heat treatment to optimize material properties for high-stress environments. The ring gear has a tooth count of 37 and 10 bolt holes (7/16"-20 RH and 1/2"-20 RH threads), while the pinion gear has 9 teeth and 1"-14 RH threads. Crucially, this gear set requires specific aftermarket components and will not fit OEM cases or housings. It is designed to work with aftermarket cases that utilize 10" gear sets and provides additional clearance for larger ring gears. The pinion support is designed to accommodate a 35-spline pinion gear. Installation kits for both tapered and ball bearing pinion supports are available separately.
