Ford 10.5-Inch 3.55 Electric Locker Axle

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-268F is a remanufactured complete axle assembly specifically designed for Ford 10.5-inch ring gear axles found in 2013-2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. This assembly features a 3.55 gear ratio and is equipped with an electric locker, intended for Single Rear Wheel (SRW) Diesel models. Zumbrota Drivetrain emphasizes quality and reliability in their remanufacturing process. Each axle assembly undergoes rigorous inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carrier, are thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure they meet performance standards. To guarantee longevity and proper function, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and set to the correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements, ensuring precise setup and quiet operation. This extensive cleaning method sets a high standard for axle assembly remanufacturing, restoring housings to an OEM finish. Axle tubes are also inspected and straightened to OEM specifications. This axle assembly is compatible with 2013-2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 SRW Diesel models equipped with an electronic differential lock. It does not fit dually or cab & chassis models.
