Description

The ATK HP79C is a 302CI (5.0L) Ford small block complete engine, producing 300HP and 336 TQ. It features a seasoned OE roller block from 1987-1995, hypereutectic 9.1:1 compression pistons, hydraulic roller camshaft, double roller timing chain, OE E5TE/E7TE cylinder heads, and a Weiand dual plane intake manifold. It also includes a Pro billet distributor, water pump, and an Edelbrock 650CFM carburetor. This engine is recommended for 1987-1995 Ford 302 (5.0L) applications, particularly Ford Mustangs.
