Description
These pistons feature a dome with two valve reliefs, a 4.000 in. bore, and a 5.090 in. rod length. They are made from 390 aluminum alloy and heat-treated to T6 standards for increased strength and durability. The pistons are 100 percent CNC-machined and include features like a high upper compression-ring location, gas-accumulator groove, drilled oil returns, and spiral-lock retainer grooves for improved performance and oil control. They also have a lightweight, rigid-rib skirt design to stabilize the piston in the bore.
Each set includes pistons with a 3.000 in. stroke and press-fit or floating wrist pins. The piston ring thickness is 5/64 in. x 5/64 in. x 3/16 in.
