The Keith Black KB117-STD is a set of eight hypereutectic pistons designed for high-performance applications. These pistons feature a low-expansion 390 alloy with 16% silicon for tighter piston-to-wall running clearance. They are suitable for marine, drag race, circle track, street, or towing builds.

Key features include fully machined head and valve reliefs, triple spiral lock rings, and CNC-machined pin bores for accuracy. The pistons also have an accumulator groove for improved ring seal, machined-in oil returns, and diamond-finished skirts with mini grooves to reduce scuffing. Wrist pins and spiral locks are included, but rings are sold separately.
