The Reische FORD-50 is a 170° performance thermostat designed for a wide range of Ford vehicles. It features a rubberized diaphragm and proper bypass control for maximum cooling system efficiency. This direct-fit unit is made with the same components as OEM units and is 100% made in the USA.

The 170° opening temperature is considered ideal for high-performance engines, providing optimal radiator flow and better overall performance compared to lower temperature thermostats. This can offer added protection against engine-damaging detonation for engines running high timing or boost.
