Description

The Reische Performance FORD-50 GEN-2 is a performance thermostat designed for Ford vehicles. It features a 170°F opening temperature and a direct-fit design with proper bypass control for maximum cooling system efficiency. Made in the USA with OEM-quality components, including a rubberized diaphragm, this thermostat offers superior heat dissipation.

This thermostat provides better performance than many competitor 160° thermostats. Reische recommends a 170° opening temperature as the ideal balance for high-performance engines, allowing for high radiator flow by mid-180°F temperatures. This offers added protection against detonation and maximizes horsepower, especially for engines running high timing or boost. It comes with a 5-year warranty.
