Ford 6.7L Power Stroke CP4 to DCR Pump Conversion (2011-2024)

The S&S Diesel Motorsport Ford 6.7L CP4 to DCR Pump Conversion Kit (6.7F-DCR-1) is a direct drop-in replacement for the problematic CP4 high-pressure fuel pump found in 2011 to current Ford Super Duty diesel trucks. This conversion kit replaces the CP4 with a more durable, two-piston DCR pump co-developed by S&S Diesel Motorsport and PurePower Technologies. It offers OE fit and function, requires no ECU calibration changes, and is compatible with biofuels and low-lubricity fuels. The DCR pump utilizes patented Eccentric Drive pumping technology with pressure-lubricated cam and bushings, ensuring increased performance, efficiency, and benchmark durability. It features a corrosion-resistant Fuel Control Actuator (FCA) and provides a max fuel delivery of 1,250 mm³ per revolution (25% more than a CP4.2). This product is SEMA Certified Emissions Compliant (SC-SDM01-0034) and CARB Compliant (EO #D-756-7).
