Description

ATK Remanufactured Crate Engine for 2006-2012 Mazda with Turbo 2.3L L4. Tinware includes oil pan, timing cover, and VVT solenoid installed. VIN 3, 4, L, M. Head Cast #: L3K9. Block Cast #: T5251. Chain driven cams. Triangle lobe at intake cam rear. 16 valves. Engine Break-In Procedure: Use conventional or break-in oil (non-synthetic) for the first 600 miles. Vary speed. Do not tow or put heavy loads. Check oil/coolant daily. At 600 Miles, change oil/filter (conventional). Check fuel/ignition, adjust valves. After 5,000 miles, synthetic oil may be used. Follow owner’s manual for service intervals.
