This is a Holley timing cover designed for the Ford 7.3L Godzilla High-Mount Accessory Drive System. It is a service part for Godzilla Accessory Drive Systems 20-320BK and 20-340BK. This cover will only fit with the Holley Oil Pump and Pan. For the natural version (with Holley Pan), see Part # 97-401, found in kits: 20-320 and 20-340. For a timing cover to use with the Holley Accessory Drive but the OE Godzilla pan, see part #97-410 (natural) and #97-418 (black). The item is new.
