Description

The Strange Engineering N1882 is a helical gear differential for Ford 8.8 rear ends with 35 spline axles, designed for abusive street/track applications. It provides smooth, progressive, mechanical, clutchless, and quiet power transfer, maximizing traction and acceleration. The case halves are heat-treated forged steel, and internal gears are 9310 steel, vacuum and cold-treated for strength and service life. Friction surfaces have a dry film solid lubricant coating. Only petroleum-based 85W-140 gear oil is recommended; synthetic gear oil will void the warranty.
