Description

The TCI Automotive 451502 StreetFighter Torque Converter is designed for Ford C4 transmissions (1970-1979) in street/strip racing applications. It is a non-lock-up converter with a 10.5" bolt circle and 26-spline input, suitable for C4 transmissions where the dipstick enters the case. It features a heavy-duty anti-ballooning plate, making it compatible with nitrous oxide systems. This converter is intended for vehicles with modified engines, including performance camshafts, aftermarket carburetors, and higher compression ratios, to optimize launch RPM and enhance higher-RPM horsepower gains.
