The Ford Racing M-5649-R1 is a tubular rear lower control arm kit for 2005-2014 Mustangs. It features tubular steel construction with low-deflection urethane bushings, increasing stiffness for minimal suspension deflection. This kit is a service replacement for the Mustang FR500C and BOSS 302R race cars and fits all 2005-2014 Mustang V-6, GT, Shelby GT500, and 2012-2013 BOSS 302 models.

These Ford Racing lower control arms relocate control arm mounting points to alter rear suspension geometry. Traction under acceleration and braking is dramatically improved, and dual control arm mounting points allow anti-squat and anti-dive adjustment for differing traction conditions.
