The Ford Racing 9mm Ignition Wire Set is engineered for minimal spark loss and maximum durability, boosting your engine's power. These custom wire sets feature a wire-wound construction with low resistance for efficient spark delivery. The silicone insulation and boots are built to withstand high temperatures and voltage loss, minimizing cross-fire, and offer excellent resistance to fuels, oils, and solvents. Constructed with long-life, tough stainless steel terminals, these wires are suitable for "post" type distributor caps. The set includes a coil wire for socket-type coils and features "Ford Racing" identification. Each wire is marked with its corresponding cylinder number. This particular set, M-12259-C301, comes in blue with 45-degree boots. This wire set is specifically designed for the 5.0L/5.8L V-8 Engine applications. It is important to note that wire sets M-12259-C301, M-12259-R301, M-12259-M301, M-12259-Y301, M-12259-C302, and M-12259-M302 do not fit distributorless ignition systems (DIS) in 5.0L/302 Explorer engines. Universal wire sets also do not fit distributorless ignition systems (DIS).
