Description

The United Engine & Machine KB148.060 is a set of 8 hypereutectic aluminum pistons designed for a 4.060 in. bore. These pistons feature a dish style with a D-shaped cup and come with wrist pins and retainers included. The ring groove thickness is specified as 5/64 in. x 5/64 in. x 3/16 in., and they are not file-fit.

These pistons are intended for Ford Cleveland V8 5.8L/351 engines manufactured between 1970 and 1974. Application notes indicate a 9.206 inch deck clearance, and pre-1971 blocks may have insufficient stock to clean up due to being 0.020 inch shorter.
