Forge Induction Kit

The Forge Motorsport Induction Kit is engineered for the Renault Megane RS 280/300, aiming to optimize engine performance and aesthetics. Developed through extensive dyno testing and flow analysis, this kit focuses on three primary objectives: maintaining low inlet air temperatures (IATs), improving airflow, and enhancing the visual appeal of the engine bay. The kit utilizes a CAD-designed sheet aluminum airbox to shield the PRORam performance filter from engine bay heat, while incorporating OE air ducts to maximize cold air intake. The airbox is finished in a black textured powder coating for durability and an OE-quality look, with precision-machined MAF boss and laser-cut brackets showcasing manufacturing expertise. Forge also offers a lifetime warranty on most parts of the kit, excluding the filter itself. Testing has shown performance gains, with the Forge intake system making a +15bhp improvement. When combined with the FMTIA4 turbo inlet adaptor, gains of +20bhp and improved torque at lower RPMs were observed, leading to better throttle response.
