Forge Motorsport Valve Kit Tuneable Twin Piston

The Forge Motorsport Dump Valve Kit FMDV18 is engineered for VAG 1.0 TSI/GTI engines, including the VW UP. It features a tuneable CNC machined twin piston Forge Motorsport valve and replaces the stock plastic boost pipe with a silicone hose, available in black, blue, or red. The kit includes anodised CNC machined billet couplers and components. The Forge silicone hoses utilize a Fluorosilicone inner liner to maintain color vibrancy and prevent deterioration over time. Unlike some aftermarket valves, this Forge valve is designed not to trigger check engine lights (EML). The product comes with a lifetime warranty. It is important to note that this kit is NOT compatible with 2021 engines that feature specific map sensor and turbocharger coupler differences. Buyers are advised to compare their existing components to the product images. Furthermore, this kit is not compatible with the 2025 Audi A1, 2026 Skoda Fabia 1.0 TSI, 2024 Volkswagen Polo 1.0 TSI, or the new (IV) 2024 Skoda Fabia 1.0 TSI. For these specific vehicles, the FMDV46 kit is recommended. The product is also noted as not compatible with a 2023 Ibiza FR 1.0 TSI, with FMDV46, FMINDK52, and FMTIA13 suggested as alternatives. Included in the box are an atmospheric dump valve, boost tap, throttle body coupler, an uprated spring for mapped engines, hose coupler, threaded blanking plug, silicone hose, hose clamps, bolts, vacuum tubing, and a wiring loom extension.
