The Forge Motorsport Turbo Actuator (FMACHTV) is a direct replacement for the stock unit in the Hyundai Veloster and Kia Cee'd GT 1.6 Turbo. The product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for factory boost levels, with options for stronger springs available upon request for tuned vehicles requiring higher boost. Constructed from 6026 grade aluminum and machined and hand-polished in the UK, this actuator is built to last. It features a choice of piston or diaphragm operation, with Nomex reinforced flurosilicone diaphragms and laser-cut stainless steel brackets where applicable. Forge Motorsport also offers tuning and service kits for this actuator. It is important to note that Forge Motorsport cannot guarantee compatibility with all applications or the ability to increase boost output beyond the parameters set by the vehicle's engine management system, whether factory or aftermarket. Installation and tuning should be performed by qualified individuals, as Forge Motorsport and its distributors assume no responsibility for adverse effects resulting from improper installation or tuning. The pressure figures listed are minimum regulated pressure figures. This actuator comes with a lifetime warranty from Forge Motorsport, provided proof of purchase is supplied.
