Description

The Supermiata forged Upper Ball Joint offers a direct replacement solution for the OEM upper ball joint in 1989-2005 Mazda Miatas. Constructed with a forged 4140 CroMoly steel body, it provides superior strength compared to the original cast component. This unit features heat-treated construction for enhanced durability and is ISO TS16949 certified, ensuring it meets stringent quality standards. It includes a Zerk fitting for easy lubrication and snap ring retention for a secure installation. A spacer is provided for 1989-1997 spindles; this spacer should be removed when installing on NB models. The product comes with a 5-year warranty, though the rubber boot is excluded. For installation on 1989-1997 Miata spindles, the included spacer should be used. When installing on NB Miatas, the thick washer or spacer should be removed.
