The Eagle Specialty Products 3.500" Stroke Crankshaft is engineered from forged 4340 steel for demanding applications, offering superior strength and durability. This internally balanced crankshaft is designed for Chevrolet small block engines, including 305, 350 (2-piece seal), and 400 (350 mains) variations. Its 3.500" stroke, 2.1" rod journals, and 2.449" main journals are critical for performance builds. Constructed with a non-twist forging and .125" fillet radii, this crankshaft requires chamfered or narrowed bearings for optimal performance. It features a nitrided surface and is micropolished to less than 2 RA for enhanced reliability. The crankshaft has a target bobweight of 1855g and a typical weight of 50 lbs, with a rear seal diameter of 2.431" and a snout diameter of 1.245". It is designed for 6 flywheel bolts. Important considerations for installation include the need for precise balancing to match specific rods and pistons.
