The Eagle Specialty Products 435037505700 is a high-performance crankshaft engineered from forged 4340 steel, offering enhanced durability for demanding applications. It features a 3.750-inch stroke and is internally balanced for smoother operation. This crankshaft undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process, including non-twist forging, multi-stage heat treatment, and stress relieving, followed by shot peening. It also includes chamfered oil holes for improved lubrication, .125-inch radius on rod and main journals for increased strength, and precision-ground, micro-polished journals to a less than 5 R.A. finish. A target bob weight of +/- 2 percent is maintained to minimize balancing time. Key specifications include a 2-piece rear main seal, standard crankshaft snout style, and a 7/16 in.-20 balancer bolt thread size. The rod journal diameter is 2.100 inches, and the main journal diameter is 2.448 inches. Please note that this crankshaft requires narrow bearings and does not include rod or main bearings.
