The Eagle Chrysler A 318/340 crankshaft is engineered for high-performance, demanding applications. Constructed from forged 4340 steel, this component features a non-twist forging process and .125" fillet radiuses, which significantly enhance its strength and durability. This crankshaft boasts a nitrided surface treatment for improved wear resistance and a micropolished finish. For optimal installation, it's important to note that the bearings will require chamfering or narrowing.
