The CP Piston & Ring Set is engineered for Honda B-Series engines, featuring forged aluminum pistons with a bore size of 84.5mm and an oversize of +0.5mm. Designed to deliver enhanced durability and performance, these pistons support a compression ratio of 9.0:1, making them ideal for turbocharged, supercharged, or nitrous applications. CP Pistons utilizes high-strength aluminum forgings and super lightweight designs for these pistons. They are fully CNC machined and balanced to within +/- 1 gram. The set includes piston rings, wrist pins, and circlips. Standard features also include anti-detonation grooves to protect the top ring, an accumulator groove to collect excess blow-by, a CP groove for pressure equalization, and double pin oilers for enhanced wrist pin lubrication. The cam and barrel profile is optimized for tighter clearances, reduced noise, better ring seal, increased power, and durability. It is intended for performance applications and is made in CP's Irvine, USA facility using USA-made materials.
