The Tomei Forged Billet Full Counterweight Crankshaft is engineered for high-performance applications, specifically the 2JZ-GTE engine. It features a robust construction with a 100.00mm stroke, 52.0mm crank pin, and 62.0mm main journal. The crankshaft is forged from durable 4340 material and benefits from a nitriding surface treatment to enhance wear resistance. The inclusion of full counterweights (12) on the arms of the crankpin helps to balance the inertia of the piston's up-and-down motion and the crankpin's rotational forces. This significantly reduces vibration and minimizes bending, preventing uneven bearing contact and promoting smoother engine operation. This crankshaft is specifically designed for the 1993-2002 Toyota Supra Turbo. Its specifications include a 100.00mm stroke, 52.0mm crank pin, 62.0mm main journal, full counterweight configuration, and is made from 4340 forged billet material with a nitriding surface treatment.
