The CP-Carrillo SC7633 is a high-performance forged piston engineered for the Volkswagen/Audi EA888 Gen 3 2.0L TSI/TFSI engine. This piston is precision-forged from 2618 alloy and features a standard 82.50mm bore, a 9.5:1 compression ratio (slightly lower than the OEM's 9.6:1), and a dish-type crown. Designed with performance in mind, the SC7633 includes deeper valve pockets to accommodate larger valves (up to 1mm larger) and aftermarket camshafts. It utilizes a standard 23mm pin diameter and boasts features like double pin oilers for enhanced lubrication. The piston's specifications include a crankshaft stroke of 92.8mm, a rod length of 144.0mm, and a compression height of 1.165 inches. These pistons are rated to 1700 horsepower and 8,000 RPM, indicating their capability for high-output applications.
