Whether constructing an LS, LT, Modular/Coyote, or a third-generation Hemi, these pistons offer a robust solution. Constructed from extremely strong 2618 aluminum, these pistons are designed for high horsepower, nitrous, and forced induction applications. The kit features 3D milling on the piston crowns for a ready-to-install finish and valve pockets specifically designed to work with most aftermarket cylinder heads. Offset pins are incorporated for quiet operation, and a moly skirt coating is applied to reduce friction and protect against skirt wear. The compression ratio is figured for a .040 head gasket, and they are designed for an overall stroke of 3.622 inches with a 6.125-inch rod length. This piston set includes a premium 1.0mm x 1.2mm x 2.8mm ring package and premium 8620 .185W wrist pins. The valve pocket depths are 0.176 inches for intake and 0.103 inches for exhaust.
