Forged Flat-Top Piston Set, 4.030" Bore

The Diamond Pistons piston set is engineered for Gen III/Gen IV LS engines, offering a 4.030" bore and 3.622" stroke with a 6.098" rod length. These flat-top pistons feature a -2.0cc volume and are constructed from 2618 material, making them ideal for high horsepower, nitrous, and forced induction applications. The pistons incorporate 3D milling on the crowns for a ready-to-install finish and have valve pockets designed to accommodate most aftermarket cylinder heads. They include offset pins for quiet operation and a moly skirt coating to reduce friction and protect against skirt wear. The top ring down dimension is .250”, with ratios figured for a .040 head gasket. A premium 1.2mm/1.2mm/3.0mm ring package and 8620 .185w wrist pins are included.
